The Yoga of Expansion
with John Levis, Certifed Anusara Teacher
Saturday, July 24 - 9:30-12:30 pm
Our beloved friend and Teacher John Levis is coming back to teach this fun summer class.
The practice of yoga is an invitation to the power of our ability to grow and evolve. Often, we tend to put up barriers to contain the very essence of Life that wants to flourish, thus limiting our innate desire to expand. In this workshop, we will learn to face & dissolve those barriers so that we may have a shift to live more, love more, and awaken to our highest truths of abundant bliss through a dynamic sequence of asanas including inversions & backbends.
Cost $40 before July 16th, after $45
(Pre-Registration Required)
